The full text of the Transfer Service Terms has not yet been published on this site. This page exists so that references to the document from within the platform resolve to a real location rather than a dead link, and it will be replaced by the complete text once that text is issued.

What the document will cover

• how a transfer instruction is given, and the point from which it can no longer be cancelled;
• the Transfer Processing Fee charged for the selected processing priority, and how it differs from a network fee;
• the beneficiary information a client must supply before a transfer to a third party can be made;
• the risks of an incorrect address or an incompatible network, including permanent loss of the crypto-assets sent.

Irreversibility

A transfer submitted to a blockchain network cannot be recalled by Daxchain. Once the required network confirmations have been reached, the transfer is final. Confirmation times depend on network conditions and are not guaranteed.
